General comments
Bij penicillineallergie:
Clindamycine po. Dosering: clindamycine
Alternatief: cotrimoxazol po. Dosering: cotrimoxazol (trimethoprim + sulfamethoxazol)
Voor een optimale absorptie van flucloxacilline moet de patiënt nuchter zijn. Kan dit niet (bijvoorbeeld bij continue sondevoeding) dan is amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur een betere optie.
